Helpful Hints
• Cookies and breads cook best in the middle of the oven. This allows the heat to circulate evenly for even cooking.
• Our cookies are usually better if taken out of the oven before they start
to brown. This is usually 8 to 9 minutes for most of the cookies. Cookies may appear undercooked in the center until cooled.
• Remove cookies (after 6 to 10 minutes cooling time) with a
spatula, not your hands, or the cookies may come apart.
• Remove cookies from cookie sheet with a spatula and let
them cool on a wire rack.
• If your cookies are flat and not baking properly, add 1/4 cup
of All Purpose Flour to the batter and stir until well blended.
