Helpful Hints
- Cookies and breads cook best in the middle of the oven. This allows the heat to circulate evenly for even cooking.
- Remove cookies (after 6 to 10 minutes cooling time) with a spatula, not your hands, or the cookies may come apart.
- After you cut brownies, either cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil or place them in an airtight container.
- For pancakes, the pan should be nice and hot prior to pouring the batter.
