Rocky Road Brownie Mix
You will need:
1 ¼ Sticks Softened Butter (5/8 cup) – Not Margarine
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease or spray 8 x 8 inch pan. In a large bowl, empty contents of jar. Mix with a fork, breaking up brown sugar. In a separate bowl, mix butter, eggs and vanilla with a fork or whisk until blended. Add to dry ingredients and stir until well blended. Spread into pan. Bake for 28-33 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting
