Rocky Road Brownie Mix
You will need:
1-1/4 sticks softened butter (not margarine)
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease or spray 8 x 8 pan. Remove marshmallows and chocolate chips from top of jar and set
aside. In a large bowl, empty the remaining contents of jar.
Mix with a fork, breaking up brown sugar. In a separate bowl,
mix butter, eggs, and vanilla with a fork or whisk until
blended. Add to dry ingredients and stir until well blended.
Pour into the pan. Bake for 18 minutes. Remove pan from
oven and sprinkle the marshmallows and chocolate chips
evenly across the top. Bake for an additional 6-9 minutes.
Allow to cool before cutting. Makes approximately 16-20 brownies.
